Are you intrigued and fascinated with Yoga, but haven't quite gotten around to actually practicing it yet? If you are out of shape, overweight, stressed out or simply interested in knowing more about Yoga - you have now landed on exactly the right page, so please read on...

Learn all about the healthy and ancient practice of Yoga - from a modern perspective.

There is no shortage of exercise programs and equipment that promise you will look like [Insert your favorite, well trained celebrity here] in a matter of 30 days.

Some of these charlatans will even try to convince you what they are doing is "the best parts" of Yoga, Taiji, Pilates or whatever. The sad truth is that these people are typical "jacks of many trades" - and they usually don't have a particularly good understanding of any of the disciplines they are teaching.

This is why No nonsense Yoga is all about  bringing you Yoga information from it's roots - from the people who really know what they talk about.

Dear Friend,

From the onset above you might get the impression that I am against cross training. But that is not the case - challenging your body and brain with various types of exercises is a good idea indeed.

However, if you are going to learn many things, I DO think that it is preferable to learn about Yoga from a qualified Yoga teacher, about Taiji from a master of the art etc. As opposed to learning a mish mash of everything from a gym instructor who has perhaps attended a few weekend seminars...

The reason for this, somewhat elitistic, viewpoint is that a practice such as Yoga really do have immense benefits to offer you - such as getting into shape, becoming more flexible (mentally as well!), maintaining optimum health etc. But in order to reap these amazing benefits, or even scratch the surface, you will need to learn from someone who is truly knowledgeable.

With a dicipline like Yoga, that can sometimes be physically strenuous, injury prevention and safety is another important issue. Let's face it - you are better of learning under the watchful eye of a master who has taught his/her material for many years, rather than from someone who is just "showing you this cool new pose they learned yesterday".

Okay, so at this point you may be expecting me to shamelessly start promoting what a great Yoga instructor I am, and how by just paying me $99.95 a month I will have you looking like [insert your favorite celebrity here] in three months. Lucky for both you and me, I will do nothing of the sort. In fact, I don't consider myself as any kind of "guru" at all, but rather a fellow practitioner and fitness/healthy living enthusiast a little bit further up this particular road.

The goal of No nonsense Yoga is to give you the basic knowledge every beginning or would be Yoga practitioner ought to have.

There are many misconceptions about Yoga out there, some of which may even keep many people from ever trying their hands on this quite amazing practice in the first place. Sorting out the relevant information about Yoga on the Internet alone, is a task that will take many days. That is why I have done all the work for you and compiled the essential information in this little guide.

There is no need to be mystical about it, Yoga can and will bestow you some great benefits and why this is, is discussed in No nonsense Yoga. There is no need to pretend I have invented any of it myself either, all the advice comes from famous Yoga teachers and scholars like Beryl Bender Birch and Swami Akhilananda himself (just to mention two of them).

Just look at the table of contents:

As you see from the above this book will not actually try to teach you any yoga movements. Instead, it is the roadmap you'll need to succesfully embark on your own Yoga journey. As the saying goes, every journey starts with the first step. And that is exactly what No nonsense Yoga is - the first step to understanding and perhaps enjoying the benefits of Yoga yourself in the very near future.

If you're serious about finding out what Yoga is really all about, you will get this guide right now and read it today.

So, how much is this essential roadmap to successful Yoga practice and improved health and fitness going to cost you?

$7.

Yes, for the price of a (hopefully healthy) lunch you will have all of the information you need to make a decision if, how and where you will begin your Yoga.

Why $7?

I'm only charging $7 for this guide, even if I know it is worth at least three times as much, for 3 reasons.

  1. $7 puts the guide within reach of the vast majority of people. And I really want anyone interested in Yoga to be able to afford it.

  2. I actually recommend people reading the guide before they attend their first class, as the experience will then be much more rewarding.

  3. If I where to try and sell this with hype and a very high price, many people would probably opt to just try a Yoga class directly instead (as that would be cheaper anyway) and then their Yoga career may end then and there - for all the wrong reasons.

P.S. Seriously, for just $7 you'll soon have the answers to the questions almost everyone is asking themselves about Yoga. How can you pass on that?

P.P.S. If nothing else, the guide may make you realize that Yoga isn't the right choice for your particular health and fitness needs (although I am willing to bet dollars to donuts that it could be at least part of the solution), and then you will know this without having to spend another cent on finding out.

Wishing you the best in life,
